We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hunter purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Hunter boot box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
